At Tyvian Explore, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the terms under which returns are accepted and refunds are issued. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.

Return Eligibility
We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • You received the wrong item
    To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 3 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos of the product (if applicable)
    We will respond with return instructions if your request is approved.

Return Shipping
You may be asked to return the item to a designated address. Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error ( wrong or defective item).

Refund Policy
Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery model:

  • No advance payments are collected, so monetary refunds are not applicable.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Used or altered items

  • Items returned after the 3-day window

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
